Petition regarding inheritance
Petition written by Haji Muhammadi, Karbalayi Muhammad Karim, Karbalayi Jalil [Khalil?], and Agha Bibi, children of the late Haji Muhammad Ja‘far Razzaz [the rice dealer], to Hujjat al-Islam Aqa-yi Haji, prayer-leader of Fars, in order to resolve the issue of their father's inheritance; now that their oldest brother, Karbalayi ‘Ali, is also deceased, their other brother, Karbalayi Majid, has falsely claimed the ownership of their father’s stable, rice selling store, and bakery.

‘Abd al-Majid and ‘Abd al-Rasul (sons of Haji Muhammad Ibrahim Sahib Tajir [the merchant] from Shiraz) and Khanum Sultan (permanent wife of Muhammad Ibrahim and daughter of Karbalayi Muhammad Husayn Bazzaz [the draper] from Shiraz) give power of attorney to get their rights and shares from Haji Muhammad Rahim Tajir [the merchant], brother of Haji Muhammad Ibrahim to Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz. Dated December 4, 1905.

Testimony of neighbors on the ownership of seven donkeys
Testimony of residents of [illegible] neighborhood and anyone who has knowledge on the matter; they declare that the seven donkeys belong to Vazir [the Minister?], Sulayman Bayg, and Tahmasb Bayg, not to Muhammad Karim Bayg, who had possession of the donkeys for the last forty days. The testimony also regards the ownership of two cows, which belong to the mother of ‘Abd al-Rasul and his sister. Fourteen people have signed the testimony.
